Goliath Giveaways Terms and Conditions
1.1. These Giveaway/Sweepstake Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to any giveaways/sweepstakes (“Giveaways”) organized by Goliath B.V. and/or any of its affiliate companies (together referred to as “Goliath”). By registering your product and therefore participating in the Giveaways, you will be bound by these Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
1.2. Goliath may modify any of the Terms contained herein at its sole discretion without prior notice to you, provided that if any change occurs during the duration of any promotional Giveaways it will not be to your disadvantage. All changes will be effective immediately once updated on the Giveaways website.
2.1. Open to individuals who have purchased or received as a gift a Goliath game belonging to the Giveaways organized by Goliath, recognizable by the ‘Register & Win’ artwork and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state or country of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Goliath and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.2. Persons under the legal age of majority in their state or country of residence may only participate in these Giveaways under supervision and with consent of a parent or legal guardian, which consent may be verified by Goliath via telephone or email.
3. General Giveaways Conditions
3.1. The Giveaways are provided for by Goliath B.V., a company duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and having its principal place of business at Vijzelpad 80, 8051 KR Hattem, the Netherlands.
3.2. The Giveaways serve the purpose of promoting Goliath and its activities
3.3. The Giveaways typically last an entire calendar year and participation is possible so long as there is an active Giveaways. In case there is no active Giveaways it will be published on the Giveaways website.
3.4. To participate in a Giveaways, please register yourself on www.goliathgames.com/register and fill in the required information. Participation is always for the upcoming draw, counted from the day after the day of registering for participation.
3.5. The participant has a chance to win a game pack selected by Goliath, consisting of multiple toys and/or games from the Goliath assortment, with a total value of approximately 100 USD or EUR.
3.6. A winner will be drawn once a month on the last calendar day, from the pool of participants that month. Winners will be randomly selected by an automated system (random.org).
3.7. Winners will be notified via e-mail and published on the Giveaways website. A winner will have to confirm personal data via a reply e-mail. In absence of a reply for the duration of 10 days, Goliath preserves the right to randomly select another winner from the pool of participants that month. In that case the former winner is not entitled to any prize whatsoever.
3.8. The prize will be sent to the winner ultimately within 4 weeks after confirmation of the address by the winner via e-mail.
3.9. Goliath may request a proof of purchase (generally a receipt) from the winner, to verify a valid participation.
3.10. These Terms and other information on the Giveaways are available on the Giveaways website.
3.11. Participants may submit complaints to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. Complaints are generally treated within 5 working days.
3.12. Goliath acts in accordance with the Dutch “Conduct Promotional Games of Chance 2014”.
4. Personal Data
4.2. The personal data may be used to implement the Giveaways and its corresponding award ceremony. In this context, Goliath is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the Giveaways.
5. Additional Terms
5.1. Goliath reserves the right to modify or cancel a Giveaways at any time, for reasons of its own, without being obliged in any way to pay damages to the participant.
5.2. Goliath is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from participating in the Giveaways
5.3. Goliath may disqualify and/or exclude from participation any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Giveaways; (y) violating these Terms; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person.
6.1. Each Giveaway is governed by and determined in all respects by Dutch law. Goliath submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Hague, and shall not be entitled to raise any claim for lack of jurisdiction, forum non convenience or similar claim.
6.2. By participating in a Giveaways, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Goliath and any entity involved in any aspect of the Giveaways (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaways, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
6.3. You agree that Goliath’s decisions related to each Giveaways and all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaways, Goliath may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and Goliath may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.
This policy will give you information about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) or use our services and applications. We also explain your privacy rights and how the law is protecting you.

You have the right to complain if you don’t feel the Goliath Group is living up to our responsibilities when it comes to your data. You always have the right to complain to the authorities as well, but because we take privacy matters very seriously, we would really appreciate it, if you would talk to us first through our Data Protection Officer

Whenever we collect customer data, we make sure:

- We will meet the local data protection laws.

- We check and update privacy information on a regular basis. • We don’t share data with anyone unless you or your parents (when you are under 16 years old) gave us permission.
Collecting data online
We collect your personal and anonymous information from you when you visit any of our websites or when you use one of our applications. We also receive information via third party when you visit our page on social media sites or channels (e.g Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc).

We may collect:
- Registration information that we use to help you set up an account (e.g. name, country, gender, date of birth, email address, username and password).
- Payment or transactional information that we use when you buy products or use online services (e.g. postal address, phone number bank details or credit card number).

- Customers can buy products from our online shop and have them delivered where they want.
- Customers are able register for any accounts in apps and for services they want to use.
- We can send customers information they’ve asked us for or answer their questions.
- We can ask customers to give us feedback on our services through questionnaires/surveys.
- We can provide you with relevant marketing information about our full line of products.
How we process personal data
We use technology such as cookie and pixels to process your personal data. We also collect information from other trusted sources, and we can update or add to the personal information we’ve collected from you ourselves.

How long do we keep your information
We’ll keep your personal information as long as your account is active or as long as it’s needed to provide a service. If you’d like to cancel your account or for us to delete your data, we’ll only keep information that we need for legal reasons, or if it’s impossible to delete.

However, when it is read by a server via a web browser it can help a website deliver a more user-friendly service – for example, remembering previous purchases or account details.

We care deeply about making sure children are safe online and have extra privacy processes in place to make sure we’re keeping our younger fans safe.
